Marcus Bean (born November 2, 1984 in Hammersmith) is an English footballer who currently plays for Blackpool. Tipped to be a future international for Jamaica, Bean was a real fans' favourite at Q.P.R..
Babyshambles frontman Peter Doherty, a known admirer, wrote the song "What You Going To Do Beany?" when he was with The Libertines.
Bean didn't make a first-team appearance for Blackpool between the Seasiders' 4-2 win over Aldershot in the third round of the FA Cup on January 6, 2007 and their 3-1 league victory at Bradford City on March 26.
