Marco Rubén is an Argentine football striker. He was born on October 26, 1986, in the city of Capitán Bermúdez in the Santa Fe Province of Argentina. He recently signed for Club Atlético River Plate of the Primera Division Argentina.
Rubén started his career with Rosario Central in 2004, in the Apertura 2006 tournament, Rubén struck 7 goals in 17 games making him the clubs top scorer. This bought him to the attention of several major clubs in Argentina and in Europe, eventually River won the battle, paying $7.5 million for his signature.
