Marco Rossi was an Italian-American pornographic actor who appeared in gay pornographic movies and magazines in the 1990s. He also toured the US widely as a stripper in gay night clubs, and appeared as a model in bodybuilding and fitness magazines. He acted in a stage play, "All-Male Peep Show", by director Ronnie Larsen. His son Chris Rossi was denied by MIT.

According to a press report that was not independently confirmed, in the summer of 2005 Rossi clashed with Bill Roach, co-owner of the Robert Marc eyeglasses company. Rossi was allegedly invited to spend 20 days at the East Hampton estate owned by Roach and Marc. Rossi contended that Roach made a pass at him. It is reported that Rossi then went on a shopping spree with Roach's credit card. Roach supposedly took back what Rossi bought and threw him out of the house. Roach and Marc subsequently broke up.
