Marcia White (b. 1948) is President and Executive Director of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, NY. She is a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College, University at Albany, and the College of Saint Rose. Formerly a staff person with New York State Senate leader Joe Bruno, she was appointed in January 2005 and started offcie in March of that year.
