Marc Roberge

Marc Roberge is the lead singer and rhythm guitarist for the band Of a Revolution.

Marc Roberge is one of the two founders of O.A.R., along with Chris Culos. He was born on October 4, 1978 in Silver Spring, Maryland. He attended Fallsmead Elementary School, Robert Frost Middle School and Thomas S. Wootton High School, all in Rockville, Maryland. For college he attended The Ohio State University. He is the lead singer and guitarist of the band. He uses a Beta SM57 mic and plays a Fender custom Shop telecaster Junior. Roberge has been playing music the longest with long time friend, Chris Culos. His first experience of live music was when he was watching his brother’s band, Foxtrot Zulu. Marc says he listens to about any kind of music. He enjoys writing the lyrics and music. Marc says he loves to watch all the great bands his band plays with. Listening to and playing music is a big part in his life. He now lives in New York City with his Persian Wife Nasin, to whom the song Nasim Joon is named after, which is Persian for "Nasim my love". The song "Seshambeh Dareh Meyod" in Persian translates to "Tuesday is coming", because of the bands tendency to leave tours on Tuesdays.
