María Emilia Salerni (b. 14 May 1983), known as Pitu Salerni, is an Argentine professional tennis player from the city of Rafaela, province of Santa Fe. She won the Girls' Single Grand Slam at the 2000 Wimbledon Championships, at the age of 17.
