- The following discussion is an archived debate of the proposed deletion of a fair use image as a replaceable image. Please do not modify it.
The result of the debate was to Delete the image.
This is my image and I added it. I gave myself permission to do so. It's marked as a promotional image because I have not chosen to license it under GFDL. There is no other image freely and readily available. Tvccs 15:23, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
- If you do not release the image under the GFDL, then we cannot use the image unless it passes all our fair use criteria. Criterion #1 is that the image not be replaceable, meaning that it be impossible for someone to take a photo of this person and release it under the GFDL. This image is clearly replaceable in this sense. If you are willing to license the image under the GFDL, then that's great! But if you won't, then I'm afraid it will have to be deleted. – Quadell (talk) (random) 16:31, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

- There are no GFDL or CC images - and as I have stated, until a quality free image becomes available - the fair use image should continue to be used. This image has been published as promotional material as sourced. Tvccs 19:24, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
