The color of Connecticut should be changed, as the state has civil unions.

Same-sex marriage isn't prohibited in Tennessee by the constitution, at least yet. The color should be changed to green. I can't believe this was produced by the Justice Department.
Same-sex marriage is also prohibited by the Constitution in Oregon, and only by statute in Washington state. Once again, I can't believe the Justice Department could produce something so riddled with error.
Michigan should be changed to orange, as same-sex marriage is prohibited there by the constitution.
