Rei Hino in the form of Sailor Mars, performing one of her fire-based special attacks. This image is a screenshot from the Sailor Moon anime and is copyrighted by Toei Animation. This screenshot appears multiple times throughout the second anime series, Sailor Moon R, and was taken from The Oracle.
