"Some have suggested that the highway north of Emerson Junction to Winnipeg be renumbered 29 due to the main link to I-29. Some renumbering proposals entirely delete Highway 75 by designating the portion between Emerson Junction, Emerson, and the border as Highway 29A."
Who has ever made this suggestion? I don't recall any public figures making statements about it, or any newspapers or other media outlets referring to it. "Some" is a classic weasel word if it only refers to the views of the person who wrote the above paragraph.
- Similar speculation existed over at Manitoba Provincial Highway 29. After three weeks of no response over there to a call for sources, and finding no Google backup, I deleted it. Doing the same over here. This isn't the place for idle roadgeek speculation. VT hawkeyetalk to me 03:20, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
