[edit] Link to Air Florida Flight 90
Why the link to Air Florida Flight 90? It didn't crash into a bridge, and I can't imagine this was a de-icing failure. And there are numerous other flights that experienced problems within moments of takeoff, for instance see Continental Airlines Flight 1713, KLM Flight 633, or Air France Flight 4590; or which crashed into residential areas, for instance 1960 New York air disaster, Aeromexico Flight 498, or American Airlines Flight 587. - choster 06:55, 6 September 2005 (UTC)
- Well perhaps we can put some of these as well. Apparently someone saw a connection or a similarity between these two crashes. Meursault2004 09:43, 6 September 2005 (UTC)
- Same type of plane --165.84.1.82 03:01, 7 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] this reads like a news report
We should remember this isn't Wikinews. It's an encylopedia article. The content is okay, but the tense is entirely wrong. I don't know how to fix it, but that's my gut instinct. For example, the quote from the survivor needs to be rephrased, especially since direct speech often doesn't belong to an encylopedia - should it be changed to reported seech? -- Natalinasmpf 07:32, 6 September 2005 (UTC)
- I have removed some irrelevant information and cleaned up a bit. Meursault2004 09:16, 6 September 2005 (UTC)

- Just some reference to build up the article. [1]
[edit] The Picture of Bush needs to be removed
Umm whoever posted the picture of Bush at ground zero is either an idiot/jokester or that got their accidently, because that doesn't have the slightest connection.
[edit] Singaporeans
Why is some anon user keep inserting the text that no Singaporeans were reported to be amongst the dead? It is already clear from the text that the foreign deads are Malaysian and Japanese. Otherwise we could also insert that there were no Thai, Burmese, Australian dead etc. etc. This is arbitrary. Meursault2004 09:03, 9 September 2005 (UTC)
