Bernardo Manuel Sol Sañudo (born August 31, 1973 in Ciudad de México) is a Mexican football player who currently plays for Chivas de Guadalajara. Sol has been a vital part in the midfield of Guadalajara, and is in important piece in the team.
He represented Mexico at the 1996 Summer Olympics.
