Manuchar Markoishvili (Georgian: მანუჩარ მარკოიშვილი) (born December 18, 1986, in Tbilisi, Georgian SSR, Soviet Union (present-day Georgia)) is a Georgian professional basketball player in the Slovenian league, Adriatic League and Euroleague.

Markoishvili as a young basketball player was very talented and turned into a professional basketball player in Georgia before he graduated from High School. He played for Basco Batumi in 2001-2002. In Basco, he distinguished himself even though he was the youngest player of the team.

Markoishvili was scouted and recruited by Benetton Treviso in 2003. In 2004 he was loaned to Mitteldeutscher in Germany for the season. In 2004 he moved to Olimpija Ljubljana in Slovenia. His father Nugzar Markoishvili is a retired professional basketball player, who currently is a coach at Tbilisi State University. Markoishvili's brother Giorgi is also a professional basketball player in Georgia.
