The word Mantralaya may refer to:
- The town of Mantralaya is in Andhra Pradesh, India. Mantralaya is a major center of pilgrimage for Hindus belonging to the Madhva sect.
- The administrative headquarters of the union of India or of a state government in India. Perhaps the one best known by this name is the administrative headquarters of Maharashtra in South Mumbai, built in 1955. See Mantralaya, Mumbai.
