Mansfelder Grund-Helbra is a Verwaltungsgemeinschaft ("collective municipality") in the Mansfelder Land district, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is situated between Eisleben and Mansfeld. The seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft is in Helbra.
