Of the most interesting stories from the Noemfoorse Biak, Irian Jaya, is a myth about Manseren Manggoendi, the hellraiser, which will recreate the world. His return will be preceded by Konor, the prophet, who announces his arrival. Numerous konor's Biak in movement has brought. Already of 1884 us are communicated such a movement. In fact we find here the senior and autochthone form of cargo-cult from New Guinea confessed most. It is meanwhile not improbable, that also elsewhere these movements have an underground in its own mythical possession of the population. Already complete it is probable that of the Nimborangebied (at west of the Sentanimeer) where each time z.g. Kasiëp-bewegingen are communicated, which returns also on disappeared mythical character. The difference is only, which in the Nimboran the phenomenon (except dreams and visions, which at both a role game) is more immediate with this cultus allied.
