Mannville is a small village in northeastern Alberta, Canada. It is located at the intersection of the Yellowhead Highway and Alberta secondary Highway 881 and approximately 170 kilometres east of Edmonton.

It is a bedroom community for the larger town of Vermilion. The 652nd Lord Mayor of London, UK, Sir Peter Gadsden, was born in Mannville while his father served as an Anglican missionary in the area.
