Mannish Boy is a minor, fictional character appearing in the Japanese manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 Jojo no kimyōna bōken?), by Hirohiko Araki. The character is portrayed as an enemy of the protagonist.

Mannish Boy is a Stand user named after the Muddy Waters song Mannish Boy. He appears to be a small baby of diabolical intelligence, deceiving the protagonists by behaving as an innocent child. He is the user of Death 13, a sickle-wielding clown stand that appears in and manipulates dreams.
