Manitoba Hydro Headquarters is an office tower currently under construction in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, located at 360 Portage Avenue. When completed in late 2007, it would be the 4th tallest building in the city and will be 113 metres tall with 22 floors. It will serve as Manitoba Hydro new main headquarters. The building's goal is to be designed to be the most energy-efficient building of its size in North America, consuming 60% less energy than the national code for buildings.
