The Manhattan Mall is a shopping mall located in Herald Square in the New York City borough of Manhattan, at 33rd Street and Sixth Avenue. There is a food court on the basement level, as well as entrances to the 34th Street-Herald Square subway station and the 33rd Street PATH station.

While the mall is still a high-traffic shopping venue, the most recent anchor store, Stern's, closed in 2001. Federated Department Stores converted its Stern's locations into Macy's, but the mall is only two blocks from the world famous Macy's flagship store, so this location was not converted. The mall has been in decline, and most of its numerous levels have been converted to other uses, with only the first and second levels and the basement floors occupied by retail mall shops. The 3rd through 7th levels have been converted to office use.

From 1910 to 1986, the entire building was the Gimbel's department store and store offices. When the mall first opened in 1989 after Gimbel's folded, the mall was originally named "A&S Plaza" with Abraham & Straus (A & S) as the anchor. After the A&S name disappeared and its stores renamed either Macy's or Stern's (depending upon the location), the name of the mall changed to Manhattan Mall (1995). Until 2001, the space occupied by A&S became the flagship store for Stern's (so named for the Stern Brothers who founded the chain).
