[edit] Plots

[edit] Mandy the Merciless

On one boring summer day, Billy, Mandy, Grim and Irwin decide to look into the future for fun. In the future, Mandy rules the earth as an immortal half-sandworm, half-human dictator. Grim is still her best friend/slave, and her idiotic Billy clones keep her company. Mandy's source of power is cinnamon, and she lies to Billy about cinnamon's only weakness, frogs. Grim leads Billy into the rebellion against Mandy, and Billy tells them the fake weakness, leading them out and getting arrested by Mandy. Who told her they were coming? Well, let's say she has her sources.

[edit] Creating Chaos

Eris is forbidden from using her Apple of Discord, so she needs someone bored and stupid to control the apple for her. But before he can create Chaos, Billy must do his daily routine. Billy's idiotic antics drives Eris insane, until she completly broke down and forgot about Chaos.

[edit] Really Odd Couple

Billy throws stinkbomb into Mandy's house, so Mandy's family must stay in Billy's house. But Mandy is still mad at Billy, so they have to learn to share Billy's room. In the end, Mandy stops tolerating Billy and overthrows his room, trapping Billy behind a wall of bricks.

[edit] Cultural References

  • Mandy the Merciless is a parody of the popular novel, God Emperor of Dune in the Dune Chronicles. Mandy takes the place of the God Emperor Leto II (a giant immortal half-worm), Billy takes the place of Duncan Idaho (a series of clones/gholas) and Grim is (loosely) similar to Moneo, the God Emperor's advisor.
  • "Cinnamon mines" serve as a substitute for the spice melange, which smells and tastes like cinnamon, according to the novels. The "antidote" being frogs parodies the sandworm's weakness to water.

[edit] Goofs

  • When Mandy notices Billy's stinkbomb, nostrils are shown despite her lack of a nose.
  • In Mandy the Merciless, when Mandy is seen at the desk, a picture of Mandy shows her smiling.
  • In Mandy the Merciless, after Billy's second clone is released, his shirt says 2188 rather than 2187. However, in the scene after it, a 7 is visible on his shirt. Soon after that it says 2188 again. Later in the episode his shirt says 2224. The last number shown on his shirt is 2300. So here are the numbers in order: 2187, 2188, 2187, 2188, 2224, 2300.

[edit] Observation

  • Even though in Mandy the Merciless, she says the Billy clones have been keeping her company "over the millenia", it is unclear how the rebels (Irwin, Harold, Mindy, Pud'n, etc.) could still be alive.
