Mandamarri is a city and a municipality in Adilabad district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

Mandamarri has an average literacy rate of 61%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 70%, and female literacy is 52%. There are coal mines belonging to Singareni Collieries in this region. So it is also referred as Kalyani Khani.
Mandamarri is very accessible to two towns, Mancherial and Bellampalli.
