Manchester, Blackley is a borough constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

This is now Labour's safest seat in Manchester, with such areas as Blackley (pronounced, blake-ley) itself, and the deprived inner-city Harpurhey heavily voting in their favour.

Following their review of parliamentary representation in Greater Manchester, the Boundary Commission for England have made modifications to the existing Blackley seat as a consequence of the loss of one seat in the region.

This seat forms one part of a new Blackley and Broughton seat with two electoral wards from Salford
