[edit] Summary
Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), http://www.ml4t.org ,is a national non-profit that has made ground-breaking progress against the dramatic under-representation of minorities in leadership positions and in the institutions that develop talent, such as the first-tier MBA programs and companies.
It was founded by John Rice in 1994. As of 2002, MLT launched a MBA Prep program.
From MLT's MBA Prep program, 55% of applicants to top MBA programs in 2005 were accepted compared to the 18% for all applicants. And over 90% of MLT students get into one of their top 3 business schools. In fact, MLT students scored an impressive 600 out of 800 and the GMAT, whereas only 30% of all persons writing the GMAT score this high. [1]
