"Man Overboard" is a Blink-182 song from their live CD The Mark, Tom, and Travis Show: The Enema Strikes Back. It is rumored to be about how drummer Scott Raynor was an alcoholic and got kicked out of the band for his alcoholism. Guitarist Tom Delonge wanted him to go to rehabilitation. Tom's last words to Scott were "Don't forget to bring a towel... to rehab and night night, keep your butthole tight". The words "So sorry, it's over" are repeated throughout the song, a reference to an earlier Blink-182 song, "Untitled," recorded when Raynor was still a part of the band. The song was rarely played in full at concerts, but its second verse and chorus were played at almost every show in their later 2004 tours as part of a medley of some of their older songs.

The video is a parody of Blink-182's previous videos. The band can be seen going to a concert and the guys fall asleep, Mark’s dreams are shown and he is dreaming about 'little persons' recreating the “What's My Age Again?” video. Then Tom is dreaming of the little trio recreating “Adam's Song” and finally Travis dreams of them recreating “All the Small Things”. They arrive at the show and are greeted by the tiny trio and scream then run. Tom's t-shirt says HURL USA, not Hurley USA as it is supposed to say (on purpose).
