Are there any legal reasons why the Baldrige Criteria themselves cannot be reproduced here?

[edit] Merger Proposal

Absolutely merge - spelling error should be resolved.

I agree. The page Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award is clearly the result of a spelling error, but seems to contains some relevant information. --RichardVeryard 11:04, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

The merger between these 2 identical topics will be usefull, especially the merger won't be comprehensive and the subject is the same. Legal reasons to describe this topic are unknown, but in this case, the more knowledge published, the better the understanding. Also there are currently no inside knowledge topics revealed which may harm the MBNQA.

Merge but offer a redirect from the misspelling - it is not uncommon for individuals new to the MBQNA to introduce the extra "d" in the spelling. Link to the criteria rather than reproduce - this will provide ease of maintenance as the criteria are updated annually.
