King (Susuga) Malietoa Laupepa, (1841-1898) was the Malietoa 1880-1898, a Samoan chief. He was born in Sapapali'i, Savaii, Samoa as the son of Malietoa Moli and Fa’alaituio Fuatino Su’a in 1841.
In 1880 he succeeded his father, Malietoa Moli .
Later in life he married Sisavai'i Malupo Niuva'ai, by whom he had four children,amongst them his successor Malietoa Tanumafili I .
Laupepa died in Savaii, Samoa, his birthplace, on August 22, 1898 after having ruled as king in Samoa from 1875 until 1887 and from 1889 to 1898.
He was succeeded by his son Malietoa Tanumafili I
