Malden High School is a public high school located in Malden, Massachusetts. Accredited by New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), it awards high school diplomas.

The school was founded in 1857. The student population is 52% minorities: 21.6% African American, 21.7% Asian, and 8.5% Hispanic. Seventy-eight percent of students go on to post-secondary education.

The school colors are blue and gold. The school mascot is Nedlam the Lion (Nedlam is Malden spelled backwards).

Malden High School, in conjunction with Medford High School, has the second oldest continuous high school football rivalry in the United States, with the first Thanksgiving Day Game dating back to 1889.
