Malcolm Stoddart-Scott

Lt-Col. Sir Malcolm Stoddart-Scott (23 September 1901 – 15 June 1973) was a Conservative Party politician in the United Kingdom. He was Member of Parliament (MP) for Pudsey and Otley from 1945 to 1950, and after that constituency was abolished in boundary changes for the 1950 [general election, he was MP for Ripon from 1950 until his death in 1973.
The by-election following his death was won by the Liberal Party candidate, David Austick.
