Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra

Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra is a new Malaysian orchestra, consists of all young persons. It had its first music camp at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS from 10 to 16 March 2007. It will give its inaugural concert on 25 August 2007. The orchestra is now auditioning for young musicians nationwide. The orchestra music director will be Kevin Field. The MPYO is a new project of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra.
