Malaysia Airlines Flight 91 was a Boeing 777-200 departing on November 3, 2006 from Stockholm-Arlanda Airport for the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. During take-off the airplane's engine exploded. After tapping out the fuel in the sea (standard procedure) the aircraft returned safely to Stockholm-Arlanda Airport. No one was killed or injured in the accident.
