Malak is an Arabic given name for both males and females. It is the Arabic word for angel (the plural of which is Malaaikah for angels).

Malak can also be spelt as Malaak (known as Chris Rock's wife) or Melek

Malak is a tribe from Pakistan, near the city of Islamabad, called Kazia, where all the Malaks have been based for the last 200 years and also from a village called Kangar. One of the famous and well known Malaks from Kazia is Babu Muhammad Rafique, Now some of the Malaks can be found in UK, in a town called Batley, in west Yorkshire, They have been settled here in the UK from 1960's onwards.

One of the Malaks from Batley owns a well known retail shop called LOW KOST MOTORSPARES in Batley.
