Malachy may refer to:
- Saint Malachy, an Irish 12th century saint, or
- Máel Sechnaill mac Maíl Ruanaid, a 9th century High King of Ireland, who is also known as Malachy I, or
- Máel Sechnaill mac Domnaill, a High King of Ireland in the late 10th and early 11th centuries, who is also known as Malachy II
- Maoilscheachlainn also called Malachy or O'Melaghlin was an Irish local chieften in the Meath / Westmeath area of North Leinster, EIRE.
- Malachy Bernard Loye is the full name of English cricketer Mal Loye.
