Malá nad Hronom is a village and municipality in the Nové Zámky District in the Nitra Region of south-west Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1523.

The village lies at an altitude of 140 metres and covers an area of 7.721 km². It has a population of about 410 people.

The population is about 96% Magyar and 4% Slovak.
