I'd appreciate it if you followed your own advice, since you're promoting a site that no one has heard of. Using Wikipedia as a way to publish the name of a fansite that no one has heard of before (or at least the people that I've talked to never heard of it, anyway) is NOT in the spirit of Wikipedia. You did it without consent on the talk page and it is a good idea to get approval on talk pages first for bold edits rather than just doing it yourself. J.J.Sagnella 16:41, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

Please do not remove sectons of Talk Pages. It is considered vandalism. If you wish to remove sections, Archive them by makiing a new archive. Thanks, J.J.Sagnella 15:21, 17 May 2006 (UTC)

Seeing as how they weren't relevant to the topics anymore, I don't see how it could be considered vandalism. Makoto 16:35, 17 May 2006 (UTC)

When discussions finish, none of them are relevant. The point of the matter is, unless they are pure vandalism. They were not vandalism and you should not of deleted the. Never delete talk discussions EVER. Archive them you may though. J.J.Sagnella 16:43, 17 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] User talk:Makoto the Knight/RuneScape

The following suggestions were generated by a semi-automatic javascript program, and may or may not be accurate for the article in question.

  • Per WP:CONTEXT and WP:MOSDATE, months and days of the week generally should not be linked. Years, decades, and centuries can be linked if they provide context for the article.
  • See if possible if there is a free use image that can go on the top right corner of this article.[1]
  • Per WP:WIAFA, Images should have concise captions.[2]
  • Watch for redundancies that make the article too wordy instead of being crisp and concise. (You may wish to try Tony1's redundancy exercises.)
    • Vague terms of size often are unnecessary and redundant - “some”, “a variety/number/majority of”, “several”, “a few”, “many”, “any”, and “all”. For example, “All pigs are pink, so we thought of a number of ways to turn them green.”
    • Temporal terms like “over the years”, “currently”, “now”, and “from time to time” often are too vague to be useful, but occasionally may be helpful. “I am now using a semi-bot to generate your peer review.”
  • As done in WP:FOOTNOTE, footnotes usually are located right after a punctuation mark (as recommended by the CMS, but not mandatory), such that there is no space inbetween. For example, the sun is larger than the moon [2]. is usually written as the sun is larger than the moon.[2]
  • Please provide citations for all of the {{fact}}s.
  • Please ensure that the article has gone through a thorough copyediting so that the it exemplifies some of Wikipedia's best work. See also User:Tony1/How to satisfy Criterion 2a. [3]
