Makoni

Makoni is a constituency in the Manicaland province of Zimbabwe, with a population of 272,578 (2002 census ^[1]). Makoni has a high infection rate of HIV.^{[citation needed]}

In the 2005 general election the candidate of the Zanu PF was declared the winner, with an overall majority.^{[citation needed]}
