"Make Me Wanna Scream" is the second and last single released by the American R&B singer Blu Cantrell from her 2003 sophomore album Bittersweet (see 2003 in music). The song features reggae artist Ian Lewis from the group Inner Circle. There are two versions of the song: the single version featuring Ian Lewis and the version with Blu Cantrell alone.

The video for the song was shot in 2003. It features Cantrell running in a city and driving her ex-boyfriend's car. In the video, she also scratches her ex-boyfriend's car and color it with colour-can, along with some of her girlfriends. The ex-boyfriend, who comes out of his house at the end of the video and notices the girls paiting "pig" on his car, is believed to be Simon Webbe.

The song was not as successful as the former single "Breathe", but still managed to chart in the Austria, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.
