"Make Me Pure" is the second single released by UK pop star Robbie Williams in November 2005 from his Intensive Care album, also released in 2005. It was released in New Zealand and Australia only as a promotional single intended to advertise the album. A video was shot with Williams performing in a garage, however, its performance was poor with focus on Williams' debut single "Tripping" from that album. It featured on the "Tripping" single when sold.

The song deals with Williams asking God to make him pure—later in his life. The chorus is a translation of a line of Saint Augustine of Hippo, Da mihi castitatem et continentiam, sed noli modo! Given the singer's previous use of James Bond as an inspiration, it may be significant that Bond quotes this line to himself in the novel Goldfinger (in the form "Oh Lord give me Chastity. But don't give it yet!")

"Make Me Pure" became a #15-hit in the Netherlands, although it had never been released as a single. Due to airplay of the B-side song of the single "Tripping", it reached the Dutch Top 40, when at the same time "Tripping" and "Advertising Space" were Top-40 hits.

In Mexico, the song was released between "Advertising Space" and "Sin Sin Sin" to fill the gap left between these singles, the song was very popular on radio reaching the Top 30, although video airplay was not very good. The track reached #19 on Digital Sales.
