Majik Records was a short lived subsidiary of Psychopathic Records. Established in 2003, the company was founded by a partnership between Jamie Madrox, Monoxide, and former Psychopathic Records "juggalo", Tom Dub.

In late 2003 and early 2004, Twiztid and its crew planned to eventually separate from Psychopathic and form Majik Records. Esham left the label in October 2005. On February 3, 2006, it was announced that Anybody Killa left the label. He had a phone interview with faygoluvers.net and said he is still going to make the album Mud Face as well as re-releasing Rain From The Sun. On ICP.com, they announced that they are still going to keep making Dark Lotus and Psychopathic Rydas albums.
