Majestic Chess is a game from Hoyle Games. It allows three modes of play: Single Player against computer characters, Multiplayer against other Majestic Chess users via the Internet, and Adventure, a unique game mode that allows the player to take the role of a king fighting in a fantasy world against monsters (except using chess as battle and learning chess concepts along the way). There are 8 bosses in the adventure mode:

Level 1-The Faceless Knight

Level 2-Vadara, the troll queen

Level 3-Rhuk, a living rock monolith

Level 4-Fire Mage

Level 5-Thuvus, a giant octopus

Level 6-Grob, a gladiator

Level 7-Blackmar, a dragon

Level 8-Sargon, an evil sorcerer
