大阪市北区茶屋町の毎日放送本社。1990年5月竣工。地上15階、地下フロアあり。設計は日建設計。施工は大林組、竹中工務店からなる共同企業体。大阪市北区堂島の毎日大阪会館にあった本社機能と、吹田市千里丘北の千里丘放送センターにあった報道・制作機能の大部分を統合。M字型に切り欠いた上部の形状と、全面ガラスカーテンウォール外装が印象的なビル。クラレニッセイビル（現 JPR梅田ロフトビル）とともに第11回大阪都市景観建築賞（大阪まちなみ賞）大阪市長賞（1991年度）を受賞。単独でも日経ニューオフィス賞（1991年）を受賞した。
