The Mahoning Valley Thunder are a professional af2 team. They are an expansion franchise set to begin play in 2007, at the Chevrolet Centre in Youngstown, Ohio.

This team is not to be confused with the announced Mahoning Valley HitMen of the fledgling Eastern Indoor Football League, for which troubled running back Maurice Clarett was intended to play for.

According to the team's website, tickets will cost between $15-40.
