Mahala Wynns (b. 1948) was acting Governor of the Turks and Caicos from June to July 2005 with the departure of Jim Poston. Ms. Wynns was the second woman to be the vice-regal of the islands. Wynns stepped down when Richard Tauwhare was appointed the permanent vice-regal on July 11, 2005.
