Magic, Inc. (1942) is a novella by Robert A. Heinlein.

In the story, magic is a commonplace profession used by businessmen in various fields. A company called Magic, Inc. attempts to organize the magicians and drive up the prices. They succeed in passing a law giving them a virtual monopoly. The hero — a building contractor — enlists the help of a white witch to break them.
