Magee Hickey is currently a morning reporter for WCBS-TV in New York City. Prior to joining WCBS in January 2003, she worked at WNBC-TV (NBC 4) in New York City, where she worked as a correspondent from 2002-2003. She has also done work for "She-TV" on the Discovery Channel and hosted "Parent to Parent" and "Real Women" on Cablevision's MetroGuide Channel. She first worked at WCBS-TV from 1994-1996 where she was a reporter and morning anchor. Before joining WCBS-TV for the first time in 1994, she worked several years as a reporter and anchor for WNBC-TV in New York where she became the first co-anchor of the very successful Weekend Today in New York in 1992. She started her career in 1979 as an anchor at WLNE-TV in Providence, RI. She then moved to New York in 1982 to report first at WNEW-TV (later WNYW-TV) and later at WABC-TV Eyewitness News.
