[edit] Nice job ...

... on Superman clean-up. This article somehow reached "Featured article" status, but requires frequent such efforts to keep it up to speed. Don't get too frustrated by the "vandals".Sfahey 04:35, 5 Nov 2004 (UTC)

[edit] The Flash

Thanks for working on this article. I intentionally labelled the image "front to back" rather than "left to right" because the layout isn't particularly conducive to a left-to-right reading: Max Mercury's presence in the background especially led me to use "front to back." Do you disagree? -leigh (φθόγγος) 07:15, Dec 27, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Inuyasha

I just wanted to tell you that you did a great job catching the mistake about Sota imitating Claws of Steel in Inuyasha. I would have taken it out myself, but I thought he might have done it more in some other episodes that I had not yet seen. Josh 04:41, Feb 16, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding English names of Case Closed

VIZ' English Case Closed translation varies from FUNI's.

For instance, Japanese names of minor characters are kept.

Agasa keeps his first name.

Serena's sister is "Ayako Sebastian". WhisperToMe 22:22, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Request for edit summary

Hi. I am a bot, and I am writing to you with a request. I would like to ask you, if possible, to use edit summaries a bit more often when you contribute. The reason an edit summary is important is because it allows your fellow contributors to understand what you changed; you can think of it as the "Subject:" line in an email. For your information, your current edit summary usage is 5% for major edits and 1% for minor edits. (Based on the last 150 major and 150 minor edits in the article namespace.)

This is just a suggestion, and I hope that I did not appear impolite. You do not need to reply to this message, but if you would like to give me feedback, you can do so at the feedback page. Thank you, and happy edits, Mathbot 05:51, 24 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks!

For your recent clean-up efforts on the John Cena article :)--Naha|(talk) 02:20, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding edits made to Adam Copeland

yo, what's up with that bot deleting your edit to Edge's page, they made sense to me... Bmg916 Speak to Me 00:28, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

I'm trying to make it a reference. It doesn't like imageshack. --Maestro25 00:30, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Go2Sleep

Yeah, I record the wrestling shows and watch them later. I wasn't aware that he had started using it as a finisher. The comment was made on the talk page after I had already reverted it. Peace, -- The Hybrid 03:52, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Removing tags

Please do not remove tags from images, such as you did to Image:Batistabomb.jpg. Here, you removed the replaceable tag without providing any reason why it would be impossible to get a replacement freely-licensed image. For example, you provided no evidence that Batista is dead or is no longer wrestling. Also, please see WP:FU. We may not use fair-use images, such as this one, if it would be possible to get a replacement freely-licensed image. --Yamla 16:20, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Stunner.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Stunner.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Abu badali (talk) 16:28, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

Question

Hi, Maestro. Who is Jessy Ventura in this image: Image:Stunner.jpg? According to the image caption in one of the article's it's been used, his the referee. But according to your fair use rationale, he's one of the fighting men. Did I misunderstood something? --Abu badali (talk) 18:16, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

Answer

No, I was talking about Steve Austin. Ventura is just in the background as the referee for this particular match. I will make that more clear in the rationale. --Maestro25 18:58, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
