[edit] Overview

Maduro is a Washington D.C. area electronic music artist who records a blend of dark, textured electronica and “Electribal” music catering to the darker and more abstract side of Middle Eastern and South Asian dance. Maduro believes in bringing darker electronica and IDM sounds into world fusion and creating art for other artists to interpret. Maduro signed with Eventide Music Productions in 2006.

In June 2006, Eventide Music Productions released Shimmer Sustain, a collection of dark world fusion electronica and electro mixed with 8-bit video game sounds and darkwave arpeggios. Maduro has completed a follow up album scheduled for release in Summer 2007.[1]
