Madness is a self-titled compilation album by a British ska/pop band Madness. It was released only in United States in 1983. It featured their biggest hit "Our House" from the album The Rise & Fall which was not released in USA at all. The album included mostly Madness pop songs with "Night Boat to Cairo" being the only song from their early ska days. It reached #41 in the US charts.
