Madeline Elizabeth Duggan (born 28 June 1994 in London, England) is a young British actress.

In 2003 she played the part of Little Cossette in the hit stage show Les Misérables at the Palace Theatre, London.

She has also played the lead roles in two short films. She played Amanda in Between Us and played Ellie in Spoit Eggs in 2004 and 2005, respectively.

It was announced in May 2006 that she would be playing Lauren Branning in the BBC soap opera EastEnders, and she made her first appearance in July 2006.

  • She has blue eyes and dark hair.
  • Madeline's a big fan of disco diva Jocelyn Brown and loves RnB and hip hop.
  • She supports Millwall FC and often joins her dad on the terraces.
  • Lauren and Abi don't always get on on Eastenders but Madeline has said she gets on well with Lorna Fitzgerald, who plays Abi.
