Maddux Air Lines was an airline that operated in California and Arizona in the late 1920s.
It was founded in 1927 by Jack L. Maddux, a California Ford car dealer, and operated the country's biggest fleet of Ford Trimotors. It merged in early 1930 with Transcontinental Air Transport which in turn merged with Western Air Express to form Transcontinental & Western Air (T&WA) which was to become TWA.[1]
